Employees Union, being the Collective Bargaining\nAgent, on expiry of the Collective Bargaining Settlement on 30th June, 2011\nissued a notice under Section 42(1) of the Industrial Relations (Revival and\nAmendment) Act, 2010 along with memorandum of demands on 15th June, 2011. A\nnumber of meetings were held between the representatives of the Union and the\nManagement with the co-operation of both the parties and the period of notice\nu\u002Fs 42(1) of The Industrial Relations (Revival and Amendment) Act, 2010 was\nextended from time to time up to 15th September, 2011. Finally, both the\nparties have agreed on the following.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>TERMS OF AGREEMENT\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>1.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>Pay Scale will be revised w.e.f. 1st July, 2012.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>2.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight focus\" id=\"clause-STRUCINCR_trigger\">\u003Cp>In full and final settlement of the Charter of Demands 42(1) of The\nIndustrial Relations (Revival and Amendment) Act, 2010 submitted on 15th June,\n2011, it is mutually agreed that the Management will pay to all workers a\nconsolidated sum of Rs. 175\u002F- per month (Rupees One Hundred Seventy Five per\nmonth) in their salaries w.e.f. 1st July, in settlement of their Charter of\nDemands. This amount of Rs. 175\u002F- per month will be added to the existing\nSalaries and Wages already defined in the Payroll\u002FSalary Scale of the\nworkmen.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Ch2>3.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>The Management has agreed to increase the loan fund amount from Rs. 85,000\u002F-\nper month to Rs. 95,000\u002F- per month. The Employees loan entitlement loan\nentitlement will increase from 3 basic salaries or 10,000\u002F- to 4 basic salaries\nor Rs. 15,000\u002F- whichever is less subject to a minimum loan amount of Rs.\n3,000\u002F-. Repayment of the loan would continue to be made in 12 equal monthly\ninstallments.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>4.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-COMMUTE_trigger\">\u003Cp>The management has agreed to increase the conveyance allowance and washing\nallowance from Rs. 160\u002F- and Rs. 50\u002F- to Rs. 240\u002F- and Rs. 75\u002F-\nrespectively.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Ch2>5.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-healthinsurance\">\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-healthcareaccess\">\u003Cp>The management will discuss with Health insurance company to further improve\ntheir services to facilities the employees while remaining within the policy\nguidance.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Ch2>6.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>Union will remind HR five months before the due date of uniform entitlement,\nAdmin HR will make sure that the uniform will be provided to staff within\ntime.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>7.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-OVERTIME_trigger\">\u003Cp>The management has agreed to pay the overtime within 3 weeks of receiving\nthe approved overtime from Conveyance and Meal paid to unionized staff for\nperforming continuous overtime of 5 hours in any day will be increased from Rs.\n60\u002F- to Rs. 75\u002F- per day.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Ch2>8.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>It has been agreed by both the parties that in addition to this settlement,\nother facilities, amenities, privileges, etc. which are in terms of\nsettlements, usage, custom and practice shall not be altered and will remain\nthe same and will not be discontinued.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>9.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>The Union undertakes that during the operative period of this settlement it\nshall not raise any financial demands or demands having any financial\nimplications directly or indirectly on the Management.
