BRIEF HISTORY\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>After expiry of last agreement on 30-06-2014 both parties (Management &amp;\nC.B.A) furnished their Charter of Demands through notices dated 01-07-2014 for\nnext tenure.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Further to the exchange of demands it was mandatory to find an amicable\nsolution of this dispute. Therefore, the Management &amp; C.B.A started\nbilateral negotiations to provide financial relief to the Company’s workmen\ndue to rise in the cost of living. The settlement has now been finalized and\nall the demands\u002Fclaims financial or otherwise, whether raised through the\nCharter of Demands or not are covered and settled in this agreement.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>4. TERMS OF AGREEMENT\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.1 PRODUCTION TARGET\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>The C.B.A agrees and undertakes to give a minimum absolute Rolled Production\nof 34,000 Units per day or 884,000 units per month (26 working days) on the\nbasis of two shifts of 16 hours per day (8 hours each shift) against existing\nmachines.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Increase of decrease in the number of machines in existing setup will result\nin the formulation of fresh targets on the basis of machine production capacity\nand its efficiency.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.2 PRODUCTION ALLOWANCE\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>The permanent workers shall only be eligible for Production Allowance on\nachieving monthly production targets. This Rolled Production should be up to\nthe specified quality and within the standard wastage limits Production\nAllowance will be paid @ Rs. 850\u002F- per month (Rs. Eight hundred fifty only) to\nall the permanent workers of Fasteners, Maintenance &amp; Tools Room. However,\nit will be reduced proportionately in case of absenteeism \u002F leave without\npay.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.3 ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION ALLOWANCE\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>To further motivate the employees and to provide additional financial\nbenefits, the Management has allowed incentive against extra production @ Rs.\n25\u002F- every 2,500 Units. This additional production will be counted over and\nabove the fixed monthly target.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Additional Production Allowance will be paid only to those employees working\nin the production line i.e. Fasteners, Maintenance &amp; Tool Room.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Payment of Production Allowance shall be made on the monthly basis.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.4 ANNUAL PRODUCTION BONUS\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-ONCERISE_trigger\">\u003Cp>The Management agrees to pay Production Bonus equal to one month’s Gross\nWages against achievement of Annual Production Target (i.e. Equal to 12 Months\nProduction Target) for the Financial Years ending on 30-06-2016. If the performance\nof any worker is 1% or below continually for two years the company will\nreserves the right to terminate the employment of the worker as per Section 15\nof (Standing Order) Ordinance, 1968.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.8 CANTEEN SUBSIDY\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>The company agrees to pay an adhoc relief towards workers’ canteen\nexpenses @ Rs. 60,000\u002F- (Rs. Sixty thousand only) except or the month of\nRamadan-ul-Mubarak.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.9 FUNERAL EXPENSES\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-funeralpay\">\u003Cp>The company accepts to pay consolidated amount of Rs. 35,000\u002F- (Rs. Thirty\nfive thousand only) to the heir\u002Fwidow of a deceased permanent employee who dies\nwhilst in the service of the company.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.10 WINTER ALLOWANCE\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>A winter allowance of Rs. 800\u002F- (Rs. Eight hundred only) per year will be\npaid to the all permanent workers.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.11 OVERTIME ON GROSS\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-OVERTIME_trigger\">\u003Cp>It has been mutually agreed that owing to conflicting interpretation on\ncalculating overtime payment now finally agreed that overtime payment shall\nfrom the date of the agreement be calculated and paid on gross wages. The C.B.A\nor individual worker shall not claim or agitate the previous calculation and\npayment in any manner, whatsoever. The overtime payment will be paid accordance\nto Factories Act, 1934.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.12 LEAVE ENCASHMENT ON GROSS\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight focus\" id=\"clause-ANNLEAVE_trigger\">\u003Cp>The Management agrees to pay Leave encashment on gross wages.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.13 NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-NOCTPREM_trigger\">\u003Cp>Company has increased Night Shift Allowance and has decided to pay Rs. 75\u002F-\nper night per head to all those workers who will be working only in night\nshift. All those workers who are performing overtime, night shift allowance\nshall not be paid to them.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.14 DISABILITY ALLOWANCE\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-disabilityfund\">\u003Cp>Disability Allowance is completely depending on the personal discretion of\nthe Management. If, any worker meets with an accident inside or outside the\nfactory premises the company reserve the right to compensate or not his medical\nexpenses and leaves. It is not only based on the genuineness of injury or\ndisablement but also the worker’s loyalty and dedication toward his job.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.15 RETIREMENT\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>It is also agreed that the Prize Bonds or cash equivalent having value of\nRs. 75,000\u002F- (Rs. Seventy five thousand only) shall be given to the employee at\nthe time of his retirement if he has served continuously 20 years or more with\nthe company and Rs. 50,000\u002F- (Rs. Fifty thousand only) shall be given to the\nemployee at the time of his retirement if he served continuously 15 years or\nmore.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.16 LONG SERVICE AWARDS\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-SENIOR_trigger\">\u003Cp>Company agrees to continue Long Service Awards to the senior workers on the\ncompletion of 35, 25 and 15 Years’ service in recognition of their long\nassociation with the company.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Company has increased the prize money from Rs. 30,000\u002F- to Rs. 35,000\u002F- for\nthose who have served the company continuously more than 35 years and from Rs.\n22,500\u002F- to 27,500\u002F- for those who have served with the company continuously\nmore than 25 years and from Rs. 15,000\u002F- to Rs. 20,000\u002F- for those who have\nserved with the company continuously more than 15 years. These amount would be\napplicable for the two years of 2012-13 &amp; 2013-14. These amount of all\nthree categories would be increased by Rs. 5,000\u002F- per person for the year\n2014-15 &amp; 2016.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4.17 MEAL ALLOWANCE\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-MEALALL_trigger\">\u003Cp>Company has increased Meal Allowance and has decided to pay Rs. 80\u002F- per day\nper head to all those workers who will be working on Sunday.
