The issue was discussed between the\nparties bilaterally. In a meeting held on 14-11-2009 at IMGC Office Islamabad,\nan agreement was promoted between the parties on the following terms:-\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight focus\" id=\"clause-ONCERISE_trigger\">\u003Cp>The Management has decided to pay one-month salary (Basic Pay + COLA+DA) as\nstatutory bonus under section 10-C of West Pakistan Industrial &amp; Commercial\nEmployment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Keeping in view the good relation of the employees and the management and in\norder to accommodate the financial burden of the employees, the management has\nalso decided to pay 4 (four) months and 15 (fifteen) days (Basic Pay +\nCOLA+D.A) as ex-gratia bonus to all unionized staff.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-ONCERISE2_trigger\">\u003Cp>It was mutually agreed to pay one statutory bonus and ex-gratia bonus both\nequivalent to 5 (five) months and 15 (fifteen) days (Basic Pay + COLA+D.A) to\nall permanent employees of the company who were on the pay roll of the company\non 30th June 2009, except Management staff (Officer) this statutory bonus +\nex-gratia bonus for the year ending 30th June 2009.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cp>All eligible permanent employees with less than one year service as on 30th\nJune 2009, shall received statutory bonus &amp; ex-gratia payment on pro-rata\nbasis and calculation in all such cases shall be made strictly. According to\nprocedure.
