The issue was discussed between the\nparties bilaterally. Bilateral negotiations between the parties failed.\nConsequently the union referred the dispute to the conciliator in the\nDirectorate of Industries, Commerce &amp; Labour N.W.F.P. by serving upon the\nmanagement a strike notice as per law. Tripartite conciliation meeting between\nthe parties were convened on different occasions and in a meeting held on\n01-01-2003, an agreement was promoted between the parties on the following\nterms.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight focus\" id=\"clause-ONCERISE_trigger\">\u003Cp>One month salary (Basic + Cola) as statutory Bonus under section 10-C of\nWest Pakistan Industrial &amp; Commercial Employment (Standing Orders)\nOrdinance 1968.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Keeping in view the good relation of the employees and the management, and\nin order to accommodate the financial Burden of the employees. Except Management staff (Officers).
