CHAPTER 6 WORKING HOUR SCHEDULE, AND HOLIDAY
Article 11/ working hour per day is 8 hour while 48 in a week. And working days in one week is 6 days.
Article 12/ payment for overtime work is agreed as stated in the labour law articles specified for the overtime work.
Article 14 Paid annual leave for any worker who have served one year is 14 days. That means paid annual leave is 2 weeks only
Article 12.5 .Paid holiday is agreed in CBA and says that on any national holidays workers can have holiday rest with pay and if he is on duty he will be paid in such a way that the multiplying his working hour by 2.5

CHAPTER 7 WAGE
Article 19.2/ wage increment is according to the wage scale of the bank and wage increase starts after 9 months of the budget year.
