Minimum Wage Updated in New Caledonia from 01 June 2025 - June 01, 2025

The minimum wages of New Caledonia have been revised with effect from 01 June 2025. The new minimum wages are set as follows:

• General Minimum Wage (SMG)
  • Hourly Wage: CFPF991.73
  • Monthly Wage: CFPF167,602.00
• Agricultural workers (SMAG)
  • Hourly Wage: CFPF842.97
  • Monthly Wage: CFPF142,462.00
