New wage rates announced in Nicaraguay - February 20, 2015Nicaragua: Altb-02.01.2015 ministerial agreement regarding the application of the minimum wage approved by the ministry of labour. The agreement readjusts the minimum wage as follows: Other economic sectors: 10.98%; Agricultural Sector: 11.48%; PYMES (Small and Medium Companies): 9.08%. The term for the implementation of the changes to the minimum wage contemplated in the referred agreement, will start from the March 1st 2015 until February 28th, 2016.
