Employers are advised to adhere to the new policy by ensuring that they do not pay their employees below the stipulated new minimum wage rates.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Failure to do so will be violation of Section 1389 of the Employment\u003Cbr\u002F>Act Cap. 47:01.
