Definitions

Workers paid on the basis of performance will also be guaranteed the new minimum wage, or more as to reflect their productivity (as it is currently the situation).
The minimum wage in 2026 is US$210 per month for regular employees.
The minimum wage in 2026 is US$208 per month for probationary workers.
Bonuses and benefits: Workers who have worked from 2 to 11 years will receive seniority bonuses between US$2 and US$11.
Attendance Bonus is US $10 per month;
Meal allowances are US$0.50 per day;
Travel and accommodation expenses of US$7 per month.
An attendance allowance is for those who have been showing up and are punctual and have not taken any unauthorized leave.
The minimum wage is notified in US$. The amounts in Cambodian Riel are based on the conversion rate as follows: 1 USD = 4,008.3304 KHR
