Minimum wage consists of tariff rate plus bonuses, allowances, other compensation and incentive payments. So, the tariff basic rate is the part of the minimum wage. \u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cspan>The first grade of workers is meant the least skilled work and the lowest payment.
