  1. New legal regime for domestic work : On March 13, 2013, Congress approved a new legal regime for domestic workers to work in private homes. It establishes a workday can not exceed 8 hours per day or 48 per week, and states that if it does then the employer must pay overtime beyond 8 hours. The rest should be at night at least for nine consecutive hours and three-hour break at noon, including lunchtime. Weekly rest shall be at least of 35 hours.
