The workers, who undertake vital roles including ticketing, passenger assistance and information services for the bus network, voted to accept the agreement following intensive negotiations. The agreement includes a pay increase of at least 3.2% backdated to April 2025 for all staff, plus a non-consolidated payment of £ 1,000 (€ 1,150).
