Following months of unresolved concerns and a continued lack of meaningful dialogue, BTS has announced industrial action for 18 February 2026. At the centre of the dispute is the compensation system within the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMİ), a public institution operating under the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
