This is the result of salary negotiations between Swisscom and its social partners, the trade union syndicom and the employee association Transfair. From 1 April 2026, the salary increase of 0.9% will benefit the approximately 9,500 Swisscom employees who are subject to the collective agreement. Around half of the payroll increase is earmarked for individual salary increases.
