Switzerland - Wage agreement for ICT company - February 28, 2026
ICT company Swisscom will increase salaries by 0.9% in 2026. This is the result of salary negotiations between Swisscom and its social partners, the trade union syndicom and the employee association Transfair. From 1 April 2026, the salary increase of 0.9% will benefit the approximately 9,500 Swisscom employees who are subject to the collective agreement. Around half of the payroll increase is earmarked for individual salary increases. Employees whose salary is above the salary band will receive a one-off payment.
