In it, the ground staff clearly demand better recognition of their services in the collective agreement currently being negotiated. Although Swiss has been at the top of the airline industry for years, posting enormous profits and becoming the cash cow of its parent company Lufthansa, the ongoing collective negotiations are proving difficult for ground staff.
