Spain - Collective agreement for service stations - June 30, 2026

UGT FICA and CCOO Industry unions have signed the national collective agreement for service stations, finalizing the agreement reached at the Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service (SIMA) after incorporating the necessary legal adaptations. The agreement guarantees a 6.4% salary increase during its term, a review clause linked to the Consumer Price Index with retroactive effects of up to 4.5%, reduced working hours, and improvements in labour rights, as reported by both unions.
