Slovenia - Retail collective agreement published - June 30, 2026

The consolidated text of the collective agreement for the retail sector was published in the Official Gazette. Retail is one of the country’s largest employment sectors. The text sets out trade-union operating rights at company level, including employers’ duties to cooperate with representative unions, allow access for external union representatives and provide union information rights. It also regulates consultation and information duties, requiring employers to provide unions with data needed for participation in decisions affecting workers’ rights.
