Slovenia - Agri-food collective agreement amended - May 31, 2026

An amendment to the collective agreement for agriculture and the food industry was published in the Official Gazette. The agreement was concluded by employer representatives, including the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, the Association of Employers of Slovenia and the Cooperative Union of Slovenia, and by the Slovenian Agriculture and Food Industry Trade Union on the workers’ side. The amendment updated several provisions of the sectoral agreement, including rules on probationary work and changes to the classification of activities covered.
