Norway - Union leader expects good settlement for industry - February 28, 2026

The leader of the central confederation of trade unions YS expects a good wage settlement with industry in spring. YS has announced that it will demand a settlement of well over 4%. The 4% requirement is responsible in relation to the country’s economy and it is necessary to curb growing inequality, believes the YS leader.
