The agreement establishes a general pay framework, including a guaranteed minimum increase of around NOK 12,675–13,000 (€ 1,100 – € 1,130) for workers covered by the settlement. Unions report that the outcome also includes progress on equal pay and recognition of skills and competence, reflecting long-standing demands in sectors facing recruitment and retention challenges.
