Delta and Fagforbundet unions reached the result with KS, the municipal employers’ organisation, following negotiations on working time arrangements. The agreement clarifies and strengthens how working time is regulated in the sector. It reinforces the role of unions in workplace arrangements, requiring discussions on physical activity during working time and on the organisation of home standby duties.
