Netherlands - New agreement for parcel deliverer - April 30, 2026

Trade unions FNV and CNV reached a new collective agreement with parcel delivering company DHL Express. This result follows several nationwide strikes at DHL Express. As of 1 January 2026, wages increase by 4% retroactively. As of 1 January 2027, wages will increase by 3.5%. From 1 April, DHL will pay overtime pay for the hours worked in excess of the agreed contractual hours per four- or five-week pay period. The result is presented positively by the FNV to its members.
