Netherlands - New agreement for landscaping sector - August 31, 2026

The members of the FNV and CNV union have approved the negotiation result for the new collective agreement for the landscaping sector. The collective agreement is valid from 1 July 2026, to 30 June 2027. Wages will rise structurally by a total of 3.5%: 1.6% as of 1 September 2026; 1.9% as of 1 March 2027. The travel allowance will increase to € 0.25 per kilometer as of 1 September 2026. The maximum daily allowance will rise to € 8.15. The early retirement scheme (RVU) will be permanently implemented. The target date for this is 1 January 2027.
