Netherlands - Negotiation result for exhibition companies - May 31, 2026

On 12 May, after seven rounds of negotiations, FNV union reached a result for the Exhibition Companies Collective Agreement. FNV members can vote on the agreement until 28 May. The new collective agreement runs from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2027. As of 1 July 2026, employees will receive a 2% salary increase. As of 1 January 2027, an additional 1% wage increase will be added. Every employee will therefore be at least 3% better off.
