Netherlands - Final offer by refinery company - March 31, 2026

After the third round of negotiations, refinery company BP made a final offer for the collective agreement. The final offer is broadly as follows: Duration one year, from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. As of April 1, 2026, a structural salary increase of 2.25% on all salaries and a one-off gross compensation of 1.25% of the base annual salary. As of 1 July, 2026, a gross fuel allowance of up to € 500, based on the average number of kilometers per year. As of 31 December 2026, a gross one-off compensation of € 500. The unions will hold a vote during the joint members’ meetings of the FNV and CNV union on 30 March. It is up to the members to vote on this final offer.
