Netherlands - Agreement for forestry and nature workers - April 30, 2026

After four rounds of negotiations, trade unions and employers reached a collective agreement on 8 April for Forestry and Nature. The agreement includes a salary increase of 7% over two years (3.2% as of September 2026 and 3.8% as of July 2027). The duration of the agreement is two years: from 1 July 2026, to 1 July 2028. Other agreements include an increase of the home working allowance to € 2.45.
