Netherlands - Agreement at raw materials company - May 31, 2026

The FNV union and raw materials company CNC Grondstoffen have reached a new company agreement for 2026-2027. The duration of the agreement is one year (1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027). Wages will increase by 2.25% as of 1 June 2026, and by 0.75% as of 1 January 2027. Regulations regarding overtime during emergencies will be expanded. In the second year of illness, 100% continued payment of wages for hours worked during reintegration.
