Luxembourg - New collective agreement for municipal staff - September 30, 2026

The LCGB union has renewed a collective agreement with the municipal executive and council of Redange/Attert, after what the union called intense but constructive negotiations. The agreement covers around 30 municipal employees and runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. Under the agreement, their pay and working conditions will be aligned with the collective agreement for the southern municipalities ("communes du Sud"). All provisions will be applied based on the lowest point value. The parties also agreed on a one-off annual wage bonus of 1% for 2026.
