Luxembourg - New collective agreement for chemical company - February 28, 2026

Trade unions LCGB and OGBL signed a three-year collective agreement with chemical company Dupont de Nemours covering more than 600 employees. The new agreement includes three one-off bonuses over the three-year period for all employees covered by the collective agreement and a pay rise spread over the three years, with a guaranteed minimum increase for non-shift workers and a new seniority bonus at 10, 15, 20, 30, and 35 years of service.
