Luxembourg - First agreement for service stations - May 31, 2026

The LCGB union signed the first collective agreement for PC-TANK employees (Esso service stations). Thanks to constructive social dialogue, all employees will benefit from new advantages starting 1 June 2026, and retain their existing achievements, which are enshrined in the new collective agreement. Among other things, employees will benefit from 100% pay on the day before certain public holidays, additional vacation days depending on length of service, and an increase in the monthly attendance bonus. Furthermore, a tiered salary scale has been introduced, as well as a guarantee of receiving the qualified social minimum wage after 10 years of service.
