Luxembourg - Constructive dialogue on future of labour market - January 31, 2026
The Luxembourg Employees’ Union ALEBA and the Chamber of Commerce held talks on the future of the national labour market. Participants discussed wage trends, skills shortages and the need to modernise working conditions. Both organisations emphasised that open communication is essential for maintaining balanced industrial relations. The meeting did not produce a specific agreement but reaffirmed the commitment of social partners to negotiate responsibly on pay and employment matters.
