Luxembourg - Agreement for casinos - January 31, 2026

The OGBL and LCGB unions signed a renewal agreement with the management of CASINO 2000, covering the casino's approximately 115 employees. The agreement runs for three years, from 1 January 2026, to 31 December 2028. Among the most significant improvements stipulated in the agreement are: salary increases of € 100 gross per month in 2026 and in 2027; +1% of monthly gross salary in 2028; introduction of a new, fairer, and more transparent salary structure.
