Liechtenstein - Social partners request mandatory extension of collective agreements - June 30, 2026

The Chamber of Commerce and LANV union applied for the generally binding declaration of collective agreements and wage agreements in 15 sectors. The sectors include construction, retail, IT, metalworking, carpentry and temporary agency work. The application has been published by the Office for Economic Affairs, opening the consultation procedure. General applicability extends negotiated minimum wages and working conditions beyond members of the signatory organisations.
