LBAS opposed the proposal of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which provided for determining that if, upon termination of employment relations, the employee has not returned the employer's assets transferred to him or has transferred them damaged, the employer has the right to withhold the value of these assets from the employee's wages.
