Italy - Renewal of collective agreement for eyewear industry - January 31, 2026
On 30 January, representatives of ANFAO, the Confindustria association of optical goods manufacturers, and the negotiating delegation of the sector unions Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, and Uiltec-Uil, signed a draft agreement for the renewal of the National Collective Agreement for the Eyewear and Eyeglasses sector for the three-year period 2026-2028, which expired on 31 December 2025. The sector employs over 18,500 people in approximately 820 companies. The draft agreement provides for an overall wage increase of € 204.
