Italy - Agreement on work-time in energy company - September 30, 2026

Energy company Enel and the national unions Filctem-CGIL, Flaei-CISL and Uiltec-UIL signed a package of agreements on 8 September ending a long-running dispute over changes to working time for Blue Team network workers and reopening negotiations across the group. The agreement confirms that the new working-time arrangements, and related pay and terms, will take effect in January 2027 once organisational, IT and communication preparations have been completed. It follows a 14 April draft agreement that was approved in 308 workplace meetings involving 5,252 workers.
