The cooperation was justified by strengthening the democratic institutional system and especially social dialogue. LIGA has also formulated proposals to improve the income situation of employees, transform the regulations governing work, harmonize the system of rules governing public service employees, develop institutions for interest reconciliation, facilitate the operation of trade unions, eliminate restrictions on the right to strike, and establish an independent Ministry of Labour.
