The airline employs around 500 cockpit and cabin crew members at its Munich and Frankfurt am Main locations. Base salaries for captains, co-pilots, and flight attendants will be increased in three stages, resulting in overall salary increases of 20 to 35%. Additional income gains will be achieved through further step increases, the expansion of tax-free allowances, higher special bonuses, and the introduction of profit sharing.
