Several thousand employees heeded the call on 13 April, bolstering the negotiating team. After tough negotiations an agreement was reached. Salaries will increase by 2.5% effective 1 May 2026, and by another 2.5% on 1 May 2027. Employees will receive a one-off payment of € 600 gross (net) on 1 July 2026; trainees and dual-study students will receive € 300. A minimum payment of € 130 will apply from 1 May 2027.
