Germany - 5% pay increase in hotel and restaurant industry - June 30, 2026

Employees in Saxony's hotel and restaurant industry will receive a 5% pay increase in June 2026. Depending on the pay grade, this amounts to between € 128 and € 184 more per month. This completes the third and final stage of the implementation of the current collective agreement which expires on 31 December 2026. Preparations for the next round of negotiations have therefore already begun. The NGG union will work with employees to develop the demands for 2027. The NGG calls on employees to actively participate in the upcoming round of collective bargaining.
