France - New agreement for insurance company - January 31, 2026

The FO union at insurance company AXA has signed a wage agreement for the first time. In 2026, almost all of AXA's "administrative" employees will benefit from general pay increases, unlike last year. All of the insurer's representative unions signed the 2026 wage agreement at the end of December, covering the 9,000 non-sales employees of AXA France. Sales staff are covered by a separate agreement, which FO did not sign. Wages will increase by 2.3%.
