France - Agreements for insurance sector - June 30, 2026

France Assureurs and the CFDT, CFE-CGC, UNSA, and CFTC unions concluded three industry-wide minimum annual wage agreements. These agreements correspond to the three collective agreements for the insurance sector. Consequently, as of 1 January 2026, the industry-wide minimum wages will increase by 2% for administrative staff in grades 1, 2, and 3, as well as for non-managerial sales staff in levels I and II; 1.4% for administrative staff in grade 4; 0.8% for administrative staff and inspectors in grades 5 and 6; 0.4% for administrative staff and class 7 inspectors. The three signed agreements also reaffirm the firm commitment of employers and social partners to equal pay for women and men.
