Annual leave will be extended from the current 25 days to a maximum of 38 days. The collective agreement between TEHYN union and FinnHEMS has been approved. The agreement includes salary increases for all employees. At the beginning of September 2026, the table salaries will be increased by 3.7% in the 0 and 5-year salary steps and 2.5% in the 10, 15 and 20-year salary steps.
