Finland - Medical helicopter paramedics’ collective agreement approved - June 30, 2026

The annual leave of paramedics working on FinnHEMS medical helicopters will be extended by up to 13 days at best. Annual leave will be extended from the current 25 days to a maximum of 38 days. The collective agreement between TEHYN union and FinnHEMS has been approved. The agreement includes salary increases for all employees. At the beginning of September 2026, the table salaries will be increased by 3.7% in the 0 and 5-year salary steps and 2.5% in the 10, 15 and 20-year salary steps. At the beginning of August 2027, salaries will be increased by 2.0%.
