Finland - Labour market organisations back national working-life strategy - June 30, 2026
On 2 June 2026, the ministries published the National Working Life Development Strategy for 2035. It responds to the need to increase work productivity, well-being at work and competence simultaneously. The central labour market organisations Akava, EK, KT, KiT, SAK, STTK and VTML, which were involved in the strategy work, see that the formed common will points the way to building sustainable growth. Achieving the change objectives selected for the strategy: new technologies as a driver of renewal, diversity as a source of creativity, a good start for young people into working life and learning at work as a driver of growth, is essential for success in future working life.
