EU Sources - ETUC reacts to Quality Jobs Act - September 30, 2026
On 28 September, the European social partners submitted their responses to the Commission's second-stage consultation on the Quality Jobs Act, which ran from July to September. The ETUC calls for binding legislation on artificial intelligence and algorithmic management at work; the prevention of psychosocial risks; workers' rights in subcontracting chains and labour intermediation; a just transition to a green and digital economy; the right to disconnect and telework; and a stronger role for collective bargaining and the social partners.
