For around 99% of employees, their organizations managed to reach an agreement with the employers. On this basis, the conciliator has presented the final mediation proposal, which also includes a collective agreement renewal for the last percent. The industry collective agreements, which are the trendsetters in the private sector, fell into place on 9 February.
