Czechia - Amendment to railway collective agreement - March 31, 2026

On 20 March 2026, trade unions and management at Správa železnic (Railway Administration) concluded negotiations on an amendment to the 2026 collective agreement. The agreement confirmed adjustments to severance pay rules, delayed discussions on wage cost planning, and extended existing arrangements for performance-related bonuses during organisational changes. It also ensured the continuation of existing wage conditions.
