Czechia - Agreement for automotive company - March 31, 2026

Car manufacturer Škoda Auto has completed negotiations with the unions. Wage rates will increase by 3% from April. In addition to the wage increase, the employees will receive 120,000 crowns (€ 4,894) in May for the results of 2025 and a one-off bonus of 20,000 crowns (€ 816). In total, Škoda Auto will pay employees with full entitlement during the year a guaranteed and variable bonus and an agreed one-off payment of almost 200,000 crowns (€ 8,157) on average. Škoda Auto employs approximately 36,500 employees, including agency workers. The average monthly earnings of employees outside management last year amounted to 81,691 crowns (€ 3,332).
